We design the decision governance for your project, integrate it with your Common Data Environment and operate it. Issues are identified, triaged and escalated through a defined process and people-led service. We measure and improve it continuously.
Every party on a project has a role and a commercial position. No single party can provide neutral governance for the whole project. We don't replace anyone — we hold the independent layer between all parties, with a confidential dispute resolution track if issues escalate significantly.
As early as possible. Most effective when designed in before delivery begins, but can be introduced at any stage.
The opposite. We replace fragmented communication and duplicated records with one structured system. Less administration, not more.
Our system routes to any Common Data Environment without replacing the tools your team already uses. The CDE stays the contractual source of truth. We're the governance layer that keeps parties aligned around it.
If informal negotiations have broken down, we offer formal mediation facilitated by George Culverhouse or other independently selected mediators to suit the needs of the dispute. This parties the time and cost of other forms of legal action, preventing escalation to court.
Any party can raise concerns with us confidentially, without prejudicing the live delivery environment. This allows sensitive issues to be dealt with and relationships to be maintained.
